By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Products & Descriptions

All candles are hand-poured in small batches.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur. These variations are natural and are not considered faults.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or error.

5. Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (£).
Prices may change at any time, but this will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control.

Cozy Corner Co is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or courier providers.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

Customers have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receipt and return unused items in their original packaging within a further 14 days.

Used or burned candles cannot be returned unless faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

8. Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos.

We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Candle Care & Safety

Candles must be used in accordance with the care and safety instructions provided.

Cozy Corner Co cannot be held responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse, failure to follow instructions, or leaving a candle unattended.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and branding, is the property of Cozy Corner Co and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cozy Corner Co shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time.
Any changes will take effect immediately once published on the website.
