Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel an online purchase.

How long do I have to return an item?
Once cancelled, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

What condition must returns be in?
All items must be unused, unburned, and returned in their original packaging.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

Do you accept returns on used candles?
No, used or burned candles cannot be returned.

What if my candle arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at Cozycornerco_@outlook.com  We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund (including postage).

Who pays for return postage?
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Can I return a candle if I don’t like the scent?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns based on scent preference
