When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. As all of our candles are hand-poured, dispatch times may vary slightly during busy periods.
Do you ship within the UK?
Yes, we currently ship to UK addresses only.
How much is delivery?
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Are Cozy Corner Co products compliant with EU regulations?
Yes, all of our products are compliant with EU regulations. Each item includes a CLP label on the base of the product (and on the back of our wax melt packaging), detailing the ingredients contained within the fragrance oil used.
How can I view your Safety Data Sheets (SDS)?

Why does the candle wax look imperfect after burning?
Our candles are made from natural, plant-based waxes. Because of this, the wax may cool and set with a slightly uneven finish or a slightly darker colour after burning. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality or performance of your candle. We think there’s beauty in imperfection — and, of course, in the gorgeous fragrance too.
Are Cozy Corner Co candles environmentally friendly?
Yes! Our candles are made from plant-based, renewable, and biodegradable waxes, making them a cleaner and more eco-friendly choice than traditional paraffin candles.
How should I store my candle?
Candles and wax melts are sensitive to temperature and light, so it’s best to store them carefully. Keep your candle in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or strong artificial light, especially if you won’t be using it for a while.
Can I reuse my candle glass?
Absolutely! Once you’ve finished burning your candle, the glass can be reused after cleaning. Here’s how:
1. Boil some water and pour it over the remaining wax in the glass. Leave it to fully cool.
2. The leftover wax should rise to the top and solidify.
3. Gently push on the solidified wax to remove it from the water and dispose of it.
4. Rinse the glass with warm, soapy water and remove any stickers and the wick sustainer.
Your glass is now ready to be reused — perfect for storage, plants, or a new candle!
What are your candles made from?
Our candles are hand-poured using high-quality, plant-based waxes and carefully selected fragrance oils, creating a clean, even burn and beautifully scented candle.
How long do your candles burn for?
Each of our candles has an approximate burn time of up to 35 hours. Actual burn time may vary depending on how you care for your candle — following our candle care tips will help you enjoy every last drop of fragrance and glow.
Why does my candle look slightly different to the photos?
Each of our candles is hand-poured using plant-based waxes, so slight variations in colour, texture, and appearance are completely natural. These little differences are part of the charm of handmade, eco-friendly candles and don’t affect their quality, performance, or beautiful fragrance.
